Purpose: The purpose of the Event is to honor the beautiful life of Erin Peterson and fulfill her dream of an education by providing financial assistance to deserving students who exemplify the qualities that are Erin’s legacy: thirst for knowledge, commitment to excellence and a desire to help the less fortunate. The purpose of the Event is not to endorse or promote any product or service of Sponsor or of any third party.
 
Check should be made payable to The Erin Peterson Fund.
   
All printed materials that include the Erin Peterson Fund logo must go through the Fund approval process to print.
   
 
The entire liability of the EPF, and sponsors exclusive remedy for damages from any cause related to or arising out of this Agreement, will not exceed a refund of monies paid to the EPF by sponsor and not yet expended by the EPF.
